The key to the quality of service that we offer is our staff. All are carefully recruited and trained – many come to us from much larger London firms seeking a better quality of life. Each provides advice in his or her specialist areas only – in this way we are able to offer all the advice given by the family solicitor in days past, but via a tight-knit group of highly-skilled advisers rather than one individual. .
It is not easy to become a lawyer with Bells. We take it as read that you will have demonstrated above average technical competence in your chosen field. We are not looking for academics however, nor do we have a place for back-room staff. All our fee-earners are expected to enjoy direct client contact.
Fee earning staff are expected to have a 2.1 degree and to have passed their Law Society Final examinations at the first attempt.
